Members travelling abroad can have their medical records translated into another language, as required.
All clinical records on file are the photocopies of original documents but special film can also be used. If you have the necessary equipment, you can send documents in file format by following the instructions, You can also ask to work directly in “do-it-yourself” mode.

Children under the age of 15 can be included free of charge with their parents, or a separate card can be issued at the cost specified in " Cost of services ".
Records can be updated and extended twice a year or, at your request, whenever needed.
If needed, the password can be changed on line directly by the user, but must be changed promptly on the Medical Card.
